NEW VOTE BY MAIL CAMPAIGNS IN KEY STATES! Activate America is working with the Turnout Education Fund and Movement Labs to conduct a 501(c)(3) compliant Vote By Mail (VBM) enrollment program in Michigan, New York, and Ohio, (thank you for helping us finish our lists for Pennsylvania and Wisconsin!) The program focuses on voters who are Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPoC) and are not enrolled in VBM, urging them to request a ballot and reminding them to return their ballot prior to Election Day. Some voters will receive only texts, some voters will receive only postcards, and some voters will receive both postcards and texts. The program includes a randomized controlled trial (RCT) to verify the program's impact on voter turnout. As this is a 501(c)(3) compliant program it is very important that postcard volunteers do not include any partisan or candidate messaging anywhere on the postcard.

Deadline: Please mail as soon as possible and by October 8th at the latest.

Arizona: Thank you for writing to over 200,000 Arizona Democrats to Get Out The Vote (GOTV)! Please help us write Spanish language GOTV postcards to voters requesting information in Spanish! We will have more English language options in Arizona soon. Mail ASAP and by October 20 at the latest.

California Get Out The Vote!!: Let’s get out the vote among infrequently voting and newly registered Democrats to elect Adam Gray (CA 13), Rudy Salas (CA 22), George Whitesides (CA 27), Will Rollins (CA 41), Derek Tran (CA 45) and Dave Min (CA 47.) We are making sure voters in these districts know they will receive a ballot in the mail and providing a link to the Blue Voter Guide. The script also contains evidence-based social pressure language, as do all of our GOTV scripts. We also have Spanish language campaigns for all CA districts. Michigan Get Out The Vote: Turn out infrequently voting and newly registered likely Democrats in this crucial swing state to help elections at every level from school boards to the Senate and the Presidency! We are asking voters to make a plan and providing voting logistics, and including the evidence-based social pressure message. Mail ASAP and by October 20 at the latest.

Nevada Spanish language Get Out The Vote: We are writing to infrequently voting Democrats who prefer to receive information in Spanish. They are very likely to support Democratic members of Congress, the re-election of Senator Rosen, and the Harris/Walz ticket if they vote! Every voter in Nevada is being sent a Vote By Mail ballot, and we are encouraging folks to fill in and return their ballots as soon as possible. The script also contains a social pressure message proven to increase voting behavior. Mail by October 20 at the latest.

New Jersey’s 7th Congressional District: Get Out The Vote! Let’s flip this seat and elect Democrat Sue Altman to Congress by increasing participation from infrequently voting and newly registered Democrats. The script provides voting information, and contains an evidence-based social pressure message. Mail ASAP and by October 20 at the latest.

New Mexico’s 2nd Congressional District: Get Out The Vote! Help re-elect Democratic Congressman Gabe Vasquez in this swing district by getting out the vote! The script provides voting information, and contains an evidence-based social pressure message. Mail ASAP and by October 20 at the latest.

North Carolina’s 1st Congressional District: Get Out The Vote! We are writing to infrequently voting Democrats in this key toss-up Congressional District asking them to make a plan to vote! These voters will support the re-election of Congressman Don Davis as well as voting for Democrats up and down the ticket! The script contains logistics and a social pressure message.
