Hayden Samples is a seasoned political strategist with over eight years of experience leading high-impact campaigns across organizing, research, finance, and field operations. At Activate America, he brings a strong foundation in grassroots mobilization and electoral strategy to the organization’s mission of defending democracy and electing leaders who will protect our rights and freedoms. He is particularly focused on strengthening field infrastructure and expanding voter outreach in battleground districts where margins are thin and the stakes are high.

Hayden’s background in environmental politics including consulting roles with EDF Action and Farm to Power. He has shaped his approach to issue-based organizing and intersectional coalition building. His work has consistently bridged the gap between climate justice and electoral power, ensuring that communities most affected by environmental harm are at the forefront of political change. He also operates a joint consulting venture, Blue Monsoon Strategies. Hayden supports Activate America’s efforts to build a sustainable and inclusive democracy grounded in equity, science, and community voice.

Hayden is the Multiplier Project Organizer for Arizona’s 1st and 6th Congressional Districts, as well as Colorado’s 8th, and Wisconsin’s 3rd.
